The Tamilnadu Salt corporation Limited has announced recruitment notification for the following posts. Eligible candidates are advised to apply within the prescribed period.
Remuneration (consolidated pay) will be as follows:
Deputy General Manager (Tech.) : Rs.60,000 per month/ Rs.720,000 per Annum
Deputy Manager (Marketing) : Rs.40,000 per month/ Rs.480,000 per Annum
3.Deputy Manager (Accounts &Admin), Ramanathapuram : Rs.40,000 per month/ Rs.480,000 per Annum
Executive Assistant : Rs.25,000 per month/ Rs.300,000 per Annum
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (AS ON 01.4.2020)
Deputy General Manager (Tech.):
Full -time BE/B.Tech in Chemical/ Petrochemical/civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Full-time B.E /
B.Tech after completing full-time Diploma in the same discipline is also acceptable.
Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience, with atleast 5 years in key roles in a manufacturing industry
especially chemicals or in FMCG industry. Candidates with experience in marketing and administrative roles for
atleast 3 years will be given higher preference. Work experience in a listed FMCG company will be an added
advantage.
Age Limit : Minimum 30 years Maximum 45 years
2.Deputy Manager (Marketing):
Any UG degree (full-time) with MBA or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in marketing roles. MBA
(Mktg.) or PG Dip. in Marketing will be given preferences.Work experience in a listed FMCG company will be an
added advantage. Speaking ability of more South Indian Languages (other than Tamil & English) preferable
Age Limit : Minimum 30 years Maximum 45 years
Deputy Manager (Accounts and Admin): Full-time B.Com with at least 5 years of experience in accounting in public limited companies. Knowledge of
Tally is mandatory.
Age Limit : Minimum 30 years Maximum 45 years
Executive Assistant :
Full-time bachelor’s degree at least 4 years of experience in front office roles in a corporate firm, consulting firm,
market research firm, with excellent communication skills, English typing skills and MS Office. Candidates
with B. Com (CS), BBA and BBM will be given preference. MBA with experience in marketing, Tamil typing skills will
be an added advantage.
Age Limit : Minimum 25 years Maximum 35 years
Knowledge of Tamil language (should have passed 10th Standard or
equivalent with Tamil as a subject), effective English communication
skills, business communication skills and basic computer knowledge are
mandatory.
Note:
a) The qualification prescribed should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies, i.e.
Matriculation/SSLC/equivalent – HSC/ Diploma/ equivalent – UG Degree – PG Degree, as the case may be, from any institution
recognised by Government or competent Government agencies or University recognised by UGC.
b) The work experience, as per the conditions stipulated in the qualification criteria, can be before or after MBA/ graduation or a
combination of both. The total experience shall be counted as on 01.4.2020
